Taylor has over 7 years of staffing experience, assisting clients with a wide range of recruitment solutions. He started his career in the medical device industry as an Analyst for a publicly traded spinal implant company, before moving on to Co-Found Sierra Staffing Group. Taylor has responsibility for the company’s operations and has a passion for client interaction. He holds his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Nevada, Reno and his MBA from San Diego State University. In his free time Taylor enjoys golfing, snowboarding, traveling, hiking, and spending time with his wife and son.

Collin is an experienced Recruiter with over 7 years of industry experience. He started his professional career with Kaiser Permanente gaining experience in Sales and Customer Service prior to finding Recruiting as his passion. As the Director of Recruitment &Co-Founder of Sierra Staffing Group, he specializes in Direct-Hire Search and Temporary Staffing throughout Northern Nevada. Collin earned his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2013. Outside of work Collin enjoys tennis, snowboarding, hiking with his dog, and spending time with his family.

Cole Fletcher is an experienced Recruiter with over 10 years of industry experience working at some of the Top Global Recruiting Firms. His recruiting passion prompted him to start Sierra Staffing Group with two other Reno Native Business Partners.  As the Director of Sales & Co-Founder of Sierra Staffing Group, he specializes in Executive Search and Temporary Staffing throughout Northern Nevada. Cole earned his Bachelors Degree from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2013. Outside of work Cole enjoys Golfing, Snowboarding, Hunting, and spending time with his family.
