Job Responsibilities: 

• Accomplish accounts receivable functions with the help of staff

• Ensure that the financial standards on accounts receivable are met by providing the budget information for the annual accounts receivable, monitoring expenditures, implementing corrective steps and by identifying the variances

• Collect accounts through contacting customers who are referred to them by clerks, investigating cases of non-payment and resolving conflicts

• Update receivables through coordinating and monitoring

• Supports financial planning by forecasting cash

• Maintains accounting ledgers by posting monthly account transactions

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

• 2-3 years of general Accounts Receivable experience

• Microsoft Office experience (Excel)

• High attention to detail and interpersonal communication skills
