Job Responsibilities:
Develops, plans, and implements the ERP system
Determines scope of the project. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities and monitors progress for the ERP system
Leads the implementation of new organizational processes aligned with ERP configuration
Evaluates and recommends changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet organizational needs
Creates system guidelines and manuals for the organization
Facilitates training sessions and workshops on system processes
Conducts regular audits of systems and generation of reports to both ensure standard practices and identify areas of improvement
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Accounting, or Engineering preferred
3+ years experience
Technical knowledge of ERP applications
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Exposure to complete software development lifecycle
