Cole Fletcher is an experienced Recruiter with over 10 years of industry experience working at some of the Top Global Recruiting Firms. His recruiting passion prompted him to start Sierra Staffing Group with two other Reno Native Business Partners. As the Director of Sales and Co-Founder of Sierra Staffing Group, he specializes in Executive Search and Temporary Staffing throughout Northern Nevada. Cole earned his Bachelors Degree from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2013. Outside of work Cole enjoys Golfing, Snowboarding, Hunting, and spending time with his family.
