This position would be responsible for handling month-end processes as well as other accounitng related responsibilities. Job Responsibilities:

• Manage, monitor, and review the month-end close cycle

• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable

• Manage journal entry system for proper supporting information for all entries

• Assistance with annual financial audits

• Ensure compliance with GAAP principles

• Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process

• Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures

• Ensure effective internal controls and policies and procedures are in compliance

• Assists with related special projects as required

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting and / or finance

• 3+ years of general accounting experience, public or private

• Familiarity with accounting software

• Analytical and problem-solving skills
